A useful mixed-design squishy quote starts with a line for every SKU, its requested quantity and its packing requirement. Cross-SKU mixing is a request subject to confirmation. The recorded minimum for one item does not automatically apply to another item or to the combined order.
Send the request through the quote form and ask for an itemized reply. Keep the proposed assortment, accepted assortment and any substitutions in the same document. A quotation should say what is included before an order is agreed.

Separate an order mix from a carton mix
An order can contain several product lines while each line remains packed in its own standard cartons. A mixed carton changes that arrangement. Ask whether a proposed mix affects the minimum, unit price, labeling, carton count or packing list. Do not assume that mixing is included at the catalog price.
For each quote line, compare the selling unit, total pieces or sets, price currency, trade basis and validity date. Request clarification where the answer is simply “one box”: it may refer to an inner display, a retail package or the shipping carton.
Close the open questions before approval
Request an exact packing photograph or pack-out description if the final assortment matters to your display. Ask for destination-appropriate product documentation for each selected SKU; a mixed order does not establish a common age label or shared test coverage.
File the accepted quotation alongside your original request. If a design changes later, ask for an updated version that also records any effect on price and packing. This makes the receiving check a comparison against an agreed order.
