Product documentation for retail buyers
Check the Documents for Your Exact SKU
Ask for the reports available for the exact product, material and destination market. A report for one toy does not certify the entire catalog. Confirm the model identification, test scope, issuing laboratory and date before relying on a document.

Labels belong in the buying brief
Tell us the intended age group, destination and any retailer requirements. Age warnings, small-parts labeling and packaging language should be reviewed for the confirmed product. Do not treat a sensory-play description as a health or therapeutic claim.
The standards buyers actually ask about
Compliance for small toys is not a checkbox exercise — it follows the exact material, age grade and destination market. In the United States, buyers typically ask about ASTM F963 toy-safety testing, CPSIA requirements (including lead and phthalate limits and tracking labels) and a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) supported by third-party test reports. In the European Union, the common framework is the Toys Safety Directive 2009/48/EC with EN 71 test series, CE marking and the accompanying Declaration of Conformity. Other markets add their own rules — for example Australian/NZ consumer-goods requirements or Gulf-region conformity programs. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm, SKU by SKU, what documentation our partner factories can provide.
Why documents are issued per SKU and batch
A test report certifies a defined model produced from specified materials at a specified time — not a brand or a catalog. Changing the TPR compound, the filling, the paint or even the packaging format can change the result. That is why, rather than displaying generic certificates, our quality team coordinates testing against your confirmed order: raw-material checks, first-article approval, in-line inspection and final inspection before sealing, with reports issued by recognized laboratories. It is the careful way verified source factories in Chenghai protect serious importers — and the way our team has handled compliance for more than 20 years of export trade.
Documentation questions
Compliance & test reports.
Can I see test reports before ordering?
Ask for the reports available for the specific SKU and your market. Existing reports can be reviewed where they match the current model and batch; new production may require updated testing, quoted with your order.
Do you provide a CPC or Declaration of Conformity?
The importer of record is typically responsible for the CPC (US) or DoC (EU); we support these with the necessary third-party test reports, product specifications and batch information.
Are your squishies suitable for children under 3?
Age grading follows the product’s actual design, size and test results and is stated on its label. Many small novelty toys are marked for ages 3+ due to small-parts considerations; the exact label must be checked per SKU rather than assumed.
Can custom private-label items be tested in our brand name?
Yes — testing for OEM/ODM and private-label programs is coordinated against the final custom specification, packaging and artwork, with timing built into the production schedule.
