Buyer questions
Good questions. Clearer orders.
Get the carton details right before committing to your first assortment.
How small can my opening order be?
Minimums vary by SKU. Some listings start at one carton; other styles require several cartons or a piece-based minimum. Check the exact MOQ and pieces per carton before estimating the total order cost.
Can I mix designs in one carton?
Ask for a mixed-design quote with the SKUs, colors and quantities you want. Mixed designs within an assortment and mixing separate SKUs in one shipping carton are different requests. Sales must confirm what can be combined and which item-level minimums still apply.
Are all products in stock?
The site does not show live inventory. Ask for current availability and the expected readiness date for your selected SKUs before committing to a launch or event.
Are the prices per toy or per set?
Read the named selling unit and packaging details for each SKU. A set or countdown calendar may contain several components, but its quoted unit is not automatically one component. Confirm the saleable unit in your quotation.
What does Under $1 include?
The collection includes squishies whose displayed EXW price, including the high end of a range, is below US$1 per listed unit. Additional shipping, duty, taxes or packaging costs are excluded.
Do display boxes come with every squishy?
Only products explicitly listed with display packaging should be planned that way. Confirm inner-box quantities, dimensions, design mix and any additional cost in your quote.
Can I use these in vending machines?
Check the actual toy and packed dimensions, your capsule size and the mechanism requirements. A mini product name does not establish vending-machine compatibility. Test a sample with your own equipment first.
How do I reorder the same range?
Keep the SKU, packaging specification and confirmed assortment from your first order. Send them with the new quantity and required date so availability and pricing can be checked again.
Where exactly are these toys produced?
They are sourced from our verified partner factories in Chenghai District, Shantou, Guangdong, China — the world’s largest toy manufacturing cluster, with the entire supply chain (moulding, TPR/silicone processing, printing, filling, assembly and export packing) concentrated in one industrial area.
What export and sourcing experience does your team have?
Our trading team has more than 20 years of toy export experience across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia, covering EXW and FOB pricing, LCL and full-container shipments, customs documentation and destination-market compliance coordination.
Can I order custom or private-label squishies and fidget toys?
Yes. OEM/ODM services include custom shapes, colors and scents, printed or debossed logos, hang tags, header cards, custom display boxes, blind boxes, advent calendars and capsule formats. Tooling, minimums and lead times are quoted per project.
Which safety standards and test reports can you support?
Depending on the SKU and destination, we can coordinate ASTM F963 and CPSIA-related test reports plus CPC documentation for the US market, and EN 71 / CE-related documentation for the EU. Reports apply to a specific model, material and production batch, so list your requirements and the exact SKUs in your buying brief.
Can these items be used in gachapon capsules, claw machines or vending machines?
Many mini squishies are supplied for capsule and vending use. Compare the listed package size with your capsule diameter and mechanism requirements, and test a sample with your own equipment before committing to a full quantity.
Can I order samples before a bulk purchase?
Yes. Samples of existing styles can be arranged so you can check material, size, scent and packaging firsthand; sample and courier terms are confirmed with your account manager before dispatch.
What are the typical lead times?
In-stock or ready styles can ship within days to a couple of weeks depending on quantity; repeat production orders commonly take around 25–40 days, and custom OEM/ODM projects longer, depending on tooling and packaging. Every schedule is confirmed in your quotation.
Do you handle full-container orders for chains and promotions?
Yes. Beyond low-MOQ carton orders, we manage FCL container programs for chain retailers, supermarkets, promotional brands, restaurants and event campaigns, with loading plans, inspection schedules and documentation aligned to the delivery date.
How do I start?
Browse the catalog, add styles to your quote list, and send the shortlist with your destination country, target shelf date and any packaging or compliance requirements. We reply with confirmed availability, quantities and pricing.

Why experienced buyers
stay with one source.
Sourcing novelty toys from scattered factories means separate minimums, separate QC, separate payments and nobody responsible when a carton arrives wrong. Working with a team embedded in Chenghai’s toy cluster changes that: one order file, one account manager, one inspection standard, and the ability to consolidate dozens of SKUs — wholesale squishies, fidget and sensory toys, blind boxes, party favor packs and custom promotional items — into a single coordinated shipment. Retailers reorder faster, e-commerce sellers launch trends earlier, and promotional buyers hit event dates without chasing five different workshops. That is the practical reason buyers who test us with one carton tend to plan their next season with us.
