Delivery planning for small wholesale orders
From Your Shortlist to Your Shelf.
Send the country, postcode, delivery location and date you want the range on sale. Include the SKUs and requested quantities. Those details let the buying conversation cover the actual order instead of a generic shipping estimate.

Keep goods and delivery costs visible
Listed prices are indicative EXW goods prices. Ask for an itemized quote covering the agreed shipment arrangement and identify the freight, clearance, taxes or other costs you need to allow for. Divide your total by the saleable units when planning retail prices.
Work backward from launch day
Start seasonal discussions three to four months before your intended shelf date. Then use the confirmed availability and shipping milestones for the actual order. Countdown calendars need an earlier shelf window than last-minute gifts.
Make repeat orders easy to recognize
Keep the previous SKU list, design mix and packaging specification. Include them with the new quantity and required date. A repeat product still needs a current price and availability check.
How we actually ship
Listed prices are EXW goods prices, so freight sits with the buyer — but you are not on your own arranging it. Our team, working from the Chenghai export hub in Shantou, has prepared shipments through the major South China ports for more than two decades and will provide the data your forwarder needs: exact carton counts, gross and net weights, total CBM, HS-code references, loading plans and commercial documents. Small orders often move as LCL (less-than-container load) or express/air freight for urgent samples; larger assortments are planned as 20ft or 40ft FCL with a loading list that protects display packaging.
Timing a seasonal delivery
The rule our repeat buyers follow is simple: start the conversation three to four months before the shelf date. Production, inspection, booking, sailing, clearance and inland delivery each take real time, and Christmas or Halloween goods that arrive after the event are worthless. Your quotation confirms the actual schedule; calendars and countdown formats are produced first because they need the earliest shelf window. With our factories inside the world’s largest toy cluster, repeat orders can be turned quickly when demand surprises you — but planning still beats expediting.
Shipping questions
Delivery & freight.
Which shipping terms do you work with?
Catalog prices are indicative EXW. FOB pricing can be quoted with your port or forwarder details, and we routinely support LCL and FCL shipments arranged through your nominated forwarder.
How is freight calculated?
Freight depends on total CBM, weight, destination and method. Use the per-carton CBM and weight data on product pages to estimate, then ask your forwarder or account manager for a figure against the confirmed order.
Can I mix products in one container or LCL shipment?
Yes. Consolidating multiple SKUs — squishies, fidget toys, party favor packs and private-label items — into one shipment is standard practice; item minimums and packing details are confirmed in the quote.
What happens if goods are delayed?
Your account manager tracks production and booking milestones and communicates changes early. For time-sensitive seasonal orders, build buffer time into the plan rather than relying on fastest-case transit.
