Separate a sleeve from a product redesign
A sleeve proposal does not establish that the toy’s material, filling, mold or testing scope remains unchanged. Ask which part of the specification the change affects and which documents or approvals need to be checked for the intended destination.
If the supplier proposes a different retail box or inner pack to accommodate the sleeve, request revised dimensions, unit counts and packing photographs. Do not carry the old carton assumptions into the new quote without confirmation.
Approve the information as well as the color
